The Spyglass Hill Golf Course offers both beauty and challenge in a perfectly balanced package that is deceptively inviting. This scenic course is located in Pebble Beach and is situated on Spyglass Hill. Because of its location on the hill, the course's elevation varies thus making for a highly challenging game. The rolling hills and spacious fairways will require you to play with focus and versatility. The greens are of average size but tend to be alarmingly quick. This course has been one of the host sites for the AT&T National Pro-Am, and for even those seasoned players, these eighteen holes were quite a challenge.

It features narrow fairways and challenging greens that will test the skills of even the most confident of golfers. One of the most obvious hazards is the course's deep rough, which only underscores the importance of delivering the most precise shot you can with every swing. The scenery is truly breathtaking, as the playing area lines the Pacific Ocean. And, as if all of that wasn't enough, the final hole ranks as one of the most famous.

One of the most exclusive courses in the area is the San Francisco Golf Club. This incredible course is only available to a handful of members and their guests. Aside from its exclusivity, the course is also one of the most challenging. Especially difficult are the greens which tend to be extremely fast and seem nearly impossible to conquer if you are on the wrong side of the hole. Caddies are mandatory on this course, and given the level of difficulty of all of the holes, their knowledge will surely help you to improve your game.

When you set out for a round of golf at Half Moon Golf Links-Ocean, be prepared for a course that is as challenging as it is beautiful. The layout almost certainly requires all of your shots to be spot on, and any wavering from that strategy could cost you several strokes. The layout of the fairway and the bunkers offers the additional challenge of tall grass and will only magnify your every misstep. The greens are average size but just as challenging as the rest of this deceptively lush course.
